The Project is being implemented in the Republic of Angola. The action is carried out at a national level, with specific activities carried out in 5 regions.

In the 5 regions and in the 25 prioritised municipalities, the PASCAL project carries out pilot actions and exercises that achieve the objectives of improving local governance processes, strengthening the capacities of civil society, or raising general awareness about the project’s themes among Angolan society.
