Following protocol, we had a warm meeting with the Deputy Municipal Administrator for the political and social sector. Our team then engaged in a fruitful dialogue with the Community Advisory Council (CAC), where they provided guidance on open government labs, with the aim of encouraging collaboration in the development of local programs and projects, encouraging citizens to contribute ideas. and solutions.

We then held a meeting with the Technicians of the Municipal Budget Management Committee (CTGOM), with the presence of the Municipal Administrator, where we discussed the projects in progress and the challenges faced by the committee. We emphasized the importance of implementing the three pillars of open government: collaboration, transparency and participation.

It was an intense journey, but we are satisfied! We thank the team, the European Union, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and civil society for joining us in the cause of participatory governance.
