The delegation led by the National Director of Local Administration, Dr. Cassongo da Cruz, had an incredible day in Huíla. After a cordial meeting with the Vice-Governor, Hélio Almeida, we dedicated the day to the Municipality of Lubango.
Administration technicians and members of the Community Consultation Council (CAC) received guidance on the open government laboratory ecosystem, in order to support the promotion of collaborative processes in the development of local programs and projects, where citizens can suggest ideas and solutions.
We also had a productive meeting with the Technicians of the Municipal Budget Management Committee (CTGOM), where we discussed the projects carried out and the challenges faced by the committee.
At the end, we shared the importance of implementing the three pillars of open government: collaboration, transparency and participation.
